The luxury two-room apartments are about 1000 metres away from the historic old town. Their location is not only highlighted by their nearness to the old town but also by the artificial water oases which belong to the estate.

These apartments offer a good starting point in order to explore the city centre. City bus stops of the lines 1 and 11 can be reached in a few steps; likewise there are baker's and butcher's shops and supermarkets in the direct vicinity. In addition, the flats are highlighted by their unique quiet location in the heart of the city.

A fitness centre (Fitness-West, about 150 m) and our beautiful Regensburg Westbad with thermal water pool and ample new sauna facilities wait for you, being about 450 m away. The Westbad not only offers relaxation.
